I Angelic Bully is waiting on a Refund of $59.00 for cancelling my tax service. I went to Block Advisors on Saturday February 6th to have my taxes prepared by Veronica. I was very displeased and disappointed by Veronica because she Failed to enter my correct Filing Status. I told Veronica I was filing Married but Separated and she Still entered my Filing Status as Single. Veronica is very incompetent when it comes to following instructions from the Client. I’ve still haven’t gotten an apology nor an explanation for Why Veronica Failed to file my status properly. I feel this company is stalling with my Refund and undermined me because I’m a Black Female, period. I do Not recommend Any Black person to ever get their taxes done here because in my opinion they are Racist against Black People. Thanks for your time.

They only charge $59 per month. The setup fee is $59 which is charged after they’ve reviewed your situation and have determined they can help, it’s usually about a week. They won’t charge you for your first monthly fee of $59 until a month after the setup fee. So the setup fee is basically like your first month.

As far as 2 items per month at Lexington Law, that’s not great. Sky Blue disputes 15 items every 35 days, 5 items per credit bureau.
