Learn About Our #1 Credit Repair Company Sky Blue
Credit Assistance Network has been around since 2004 and is based in Boca Raton, FL. For whatever reason, this city seems to be a hot spot for credit repair companies. There isn’t nearly as much info about this company online as there is for some of the other credit repair services but they seem to have good user reviews. In our Credit Assistance Network review we’ll uncover additional details about the company.

Credit Repair Ability:
Our results, combined with the results from the user reviews we found, showed Credit Assistance Network to be a decent performer. Their odd pricing structure (explained below) incentivizes them to get the job done quickly and correctly.
Ease of Use:
The website felt pretty dated and the mobile experience left a lot to be desired. Functionally everything worked as it was supposed to but you could tell the website was in need of a complete overhaul.
While this doesn’t speak to the quality of the end results it’s like a great store having a really bad storefront. It leaves an impression that is hard to shake.
Customer Support:
Phone support is available Monday through Friday along with the anytime user account web portal where users can track their progress. Overall the support was satisfactory, no real issues here.
Pricing:
The pricing model for Credit Assistance Network is very different than other companies we used. Where most have a monthly fee Credit Assistance Network does not. Instead, they charge per deletion per credit bureau along with an initial first payment. Here’s a breakdown:
First payment: $179 per individual or $279 per couple
Per item: $50 per confirmed deletion per bureau & $75 for public records.
On one hand, you’re paying for performance. They have a 90-day guarantee on their work. But paying per item can get expensive very quickly. It’s sort of a double-edged sword, if they do a good job you’re going to owe them a pretty decent chunk of money.
We personally prefer a monthly fee. If you’re in need of credit repair and you have a lot of items to get removed chances are you’re not in a great position to fork over an unknown amount to a credit repair company. A monthly fee remains consistent and even if it ends up costing the same you can at least budget for it.
Credit Assistance Network Reviews From Around the Web
BBB Reviews
The BBB profile on Credit Assistance Network looks good. They have 13 positive reviews and no neutral or negative reviews. They have 1 complaint and while they are not accredited they do have an A+ rating. You can read the full reviews here.
Google Reviews
Somehow they managed to have 0 Google reviews that we could find. Usually, it’s the other way around, Google reviews but no Facebook reviews. I think with Facebook you can turn off the reviews on your page but with Google, anyone can submit a review.
Facebook Reviews
They have a 4.9 out of 5 stars based on 63 Facebook reviews. It’s odd that the vast majority of the 5-star reviews are blank, just ratings, but you can make of that what you will.
Credit Assistance Network Review Overall: (Overall Score – Not an Average)
Credit Assistance Network provided results, both for us and many users that weighed in with their reviews on other websites. Still, the overall impression was lackluster for a number of reasons including a dated website, a large number of blank 5-star reviews and a pricing structure that can end up quite expensive.
