The Credit Pros are a relatively new (2009) credit repair company based in Newark, NJ. They are accredited with the BBB and currently have an A+ rating. Credit Repair Ability: 
Overall the Credit Pros did a pretty solid job. Our tester saw a good bump in their credit score during the time that they used them. We’re not really a huge fan of the pay per deletion pricing structure but that’s what they use.
Ease of Use: 
The Credit Pros are another example of a company that makes it hard to cancel. This is partially due to the poor customer service and partially due to the sales pitches, you get when you try to cancel.
The site overall and the credit repair process was fine but nothing stellar.
Customer Support: 
Customer service wasn’t good. We had a lot of trouble getting a live person and often were left waiting for callbacks. User reviews indicated this was a common occurrence and people were quite dissatisfied with the customer service.
Pricing:
The pricing format is the same as the pricing with Credit Assistance Network, down to the exact same dollar amounts and wording. As with that company we aren’t crazy about this pricing format for The Credit Pros either.
First payment: $179 per individual or $279 per couple
Per item: $50 per confirmed deletion per bureau & $75 for public records.

The Credit Pros Review Overall: (Overall Score – Not an Average)
We did see results after using the Credit Pros. But the customer service kind of kicked the legs out from under the rest of the experience. Long hold times, waiting for call backs, and difficulty canceling left us with a not so great impression.
