Credit Repair Ability: 5 out of 5 stars

We were very impressed with the results from Credit Saint. Going in we didn’t really know what to expect. Our tester saw a solid increase over their test period and you could see a real difference between the beginning and the ending credit reports.

Credit Saint takes the first place spot on overall effectiveness, along with Sky Blue scoring a solid 5 as well. This is great considering they are going up against some very big, well-known names.

Ease of Use: 4.5 out of 5 stars

Signing up was a painless experience as was logging into the website and finding our way around. They made the dispute process pretty simple and stayed in communication as to what they were doing and the progress they were making.

Customer Support: 4.5 out of 5 stars

Credit Saint can be reached by their toll-free number, email, or live chat. We really loved the live chat feature which we didn’t see in many other competitors.

The support agents were well informed and took the time to explain things when needed. We talked to the same person on multiple occasions which goes a long way towards not feeling like just another number.

Pricing:

Credit Saint offers 3 levels of service: Polish, Remodel and Clean Slate. All 3 levels give you more than enough to fix your credit with the higher levels offering expedited service and the ability to address other issues like bankruptcy and repossessions.

Polish: $79.99/month + $99.99 first work fee (billed 6 days after enrollment)

Remodel: $99.99/month + $99.99 first work fee (billed 6 days after enrollment)

Clean Slate: $119.99/month + $195.99 first work fee (billed 6 days after enrollment)

Credit Saint Review Overall: 4.5 out of 5 stars (Overall Score – Not an Average)

We liked Credit Saint a lot and to be honest, it was pretty unexpected. Mainly because we’d just heard so little about them. Still, they were incredibly solid across the board.

*Update* When we initially wrote this review there wasn’t a lot of info about them and not that many consumer reviews to be found. In the time since it seems like they’ve gotten even better and are now at the top tier of credit repair companies we have reviewed. Definitely worth checking out.

  1. They will charge your card each month and won’t do anything. You will end up spending many months with them with the bureaus not even receiving the challenges and you not getting your reports. No real results just empty promises and wasted time. Oh, and if you need credit counseling definitely don’t take their advice. You are better off googling the info for free which will actually serve you well not screw you. Dishonest people, inefficient and sloppy company that does not care to help you.
