We found Ovation’s services to be both well explained and easy to understand. We had a slight issue during setup but it was quickly taken care of.
Customer Support: 
Customer support was the single highest point on our list for Ovation. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Our calls and emails were both answered quickly. They do put extra effort into keeping their customers happy.

Ovation’s results and customer support landed were satisfactory. While our experience was good overall there seems to be a fair amount of customers that did not have a good one. These bad reviews knocked down the overall score from a 4 to a 3.5. Based off this we really can’t recommend Ovation Credit Service over Sky Blue.
