At first glance Accredited Debt Relief seemed like most of the other debt consolidation companies we’ve looked into, like Curadebt or National Debt Relief. How debt consolidation works is you signup with the company, they negotiate with your creditors and you pay the reduced lump sum plus fees. Normally you’re going to be paying back the company you signed up with.
Accredited Debt Relief, after looking closer at the fine print, is different. Here’s what we found:

So basically they are a 3rd party that matches your information to debt relief services. While this isn’t necessarily a bad thing you need to be aware of it.
In our opinion, it’s better to just go straight to the source so you know what company you’ll be dealing with. Seeing as the company is a lead aggregator we choose not to rate them.
