CreditRepair·com is owned by the same parent company as Lexington Law, Progrexion. They are another huge name in the credit repair industry and they are based in Seattle. Credit Repair Ability: 
We had pretty mediocre results with the company. Honestly, the higher price isn’t really justified from what we experienced. We had better results with companies that were nearly half the monthly price, like Sky Blue. We expected more for what we were paying.
Ease of Use: 
Signing up for CreditRepair·com is a breeze but stopping the service was not. After the trial period was over it took significant effort to cancel.
The site itself was easy to use and they kept us informed of their actions on our behalf.
Customer Support: 
While we ended up getting all our questions answered we felt like we were given the runaround on more than one occasion. That seemed to be a fairly common complaint in the other reviews we researched.
The biggest black mark though was how difficult it was to cancel. This falls under customer support too because we had a hard time getting on the phone with the right person.
Pricing:
CreditRepair·com has a very simple pricing structure. It’s $99.95 per month, there are no additional fees outside of the one-time cost of getting your credit report. If you sign up with a second person you each save $50 off your first payment.
The monthly cost is more than some of the other companies we reviewed. But it is nice to see a service without a bunch of tiers and add-on costs that leave you wondering if you picked the right thing.

The only site (of the 3 we typically check) we could find reviews for CreditRepair·com was the BBB. They are not good in any sense of the word. Overall they have a D rating with 4 positive reviews, 1 neutral and 20 negative.
Where they really stand out though is the number of complaints. They have 112, which seems disproportionately high compared to the number of reviews. It is not promising. You can read them here if you’d like.

CreditRepair·com Review Overall: (Overall Score – Not an Average)
We can’t recommend CreditRepair·com, especially with better services out there. Our experience wasn’t great and the reviews on the BBB are pretty damning. There are a lot of unhappy customers that had major problems with the services provided, billing, and customer support. We factored this into the overall score.
